Through the use of our proprietary manufacturing process, E Squared can meet the exacting needs of various specifications and applications. Our unique process allows us to produce supported and unsupported products in a thickness range of 1.6 mil. to 120 mil and in widths up to 120” (3.05 m). Supported products can be reinforced with a wide array of fabrics (woven, knit, non-woven, etc.) that utilize commercially available yarn technologies which include Polyester, Nylon, Fiberglass, and assorted Aramids.

Mike Satz is the COO of Esquared Technical Textiles. He has over 30 years of experience in manufacturing textiles and product development. He is most proud of the dedicated team that he has helped assemble to drive the business forward into the future. He is the proud father of 2 beautiful daughters. When he is not working you can find him running, mountain biking, or skiing off the backside of a mountain.

Edward J. Silva is the Vice President – Global Business Development & Digital Marketing of E Squared Technical Textiles. He has over 36 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Planning & Development, Product Development and Strategy Implementation. He has a B.S. in Business Management and a M.S. in Industrial Technology. He prides himself on having an uncompromised business character and ethics along with his unquenchable thirst for providing customers with the highest level of quality products and services. His priorities in life are his family and supporting causes and charities that make an immediate impact on people’s lives. During his downtime he can be found spending time on the beaches of Florida’s Gulf Coast, boating, golfing and equestrian activities. He is also an avid lectiophile.

Paula Romao has over 15 years of experience working as the Customer Service Manager of E Squared Technical Textiles, and its sister companies Ronald Mark Associates, Kinon Surface Technologies, and Flex Membrane International. This has provided her with an extensive background in all facets of our business and capabilities. Paula is known by her co-workers and customers as being focused on providing exceptional service. Managing activities from quotes, certs, shipping, sales service, and sales support, Paula is the first to say “What can I do to help?”. Sean O’Shea is the Senior Market Manager for Acoustic Barriers & Industrial Products of E squared Technical Textiles. He started his career in research and development of coated fabrics and leverages his technical background to help customers grow in existing and new applications. He is most proud of the partnership with customers and our dedicated E2TT team to create new markets and products to help our customers differentiate and grow. Outside of work, Sean enjoys section hiking the Appalachian Trail and weekend warrior golf.

Jack brings a hands-on understanding of E Squared’s products, fabrication processes, and customer challenges through years of experience working directly within the business.
While attending Louisiana State University (LSU), Jack spent multiple summers interning with both E Squared and RMA, gaining experience across manufacturing, quality assurance, product testing, and customer service. Working directly with materials and production teams gave him practical insight into how products perform in real-world applications and the importance of responsiveness, consistency, and technical support.
After graduating from LSU in May 2023, Jack joined E Squared full time as an Inside Sales Representative before advancing into his current role as Sales Representative in January 2026.
Today, Jack works closely with customers to assist with material selection, welding and fabrication discussions, product guidance, sourcing support, and project coordination across a variety of industrial and technical textile applications.
Known for his responsiveness and approachable communication style, Jack focuses on helping customers move projects forward with practical solutions and reliable support.
